Issue with width of TElToolButton

Hi.

When TElToolButton.UseArrow=True and application use VCL styling then width of this button is very small (like a button without arrow).

There is no full support of VCL Styles in ElPack (yet). Please check
http://forum.lmd.de/discussion/comment/1084 for further info.
