  Yes, this is true.

  LMD-Tools and IDE-Tools 2016 received much enhanced VCL Styles support (as NG Controls had from start of). ElPack will follow later.

  This is evaluated. It is a little bit more complicated than for other toolsets (which were either designed from ground up to suppport VCL Styles or don't rely heavily on own style engine).
