Automatic Window resize&dock of Win7/Win8

Hello!

It would be nice if the free floating docking panels would behave like the application windows under Win7/Win8.
Under Win7 you can drag a window to the top edge of a screen and when you release it there the window is maximized. Or if you drag it to the right or left border of a screen then the window is resized so that it occupies exactly the half of the screen.
Having that behaviour also for "normal" windows, not only for the main application window would be cool.

    Hi,

    I know about these problems. I'll try to implement them, but there is a probability, that it will not work anyway. Because, when you move dockable window, you actually performs docking drag, which is implemented inside VCL, where some things just can't be customized.
