TElEdit (Memo-Mode) and Autodisplay of Scrollbars
Is it possible to set some properties to get the scrollbar in TElEdit/TElMemo to be displayed automatically if needed?
Currently I can set Scrollbar = ssBoth and the scrollbar is disabled if not needed. I want to get it only visible if needed
