Build Package from Source - Error

edited April 2020 in LMD-Tools
I am attempting to build the packages from the source file. when I attempt to Build the Win64, it fails with an error:

[dcc64 Fatal Error] dcllmdrtl.dpk(34): E2202 Required package 'designide' not found

i searched the source file directories and the install directory and see no file with this name. This error does NOT occur when building the WIN32. please help, john

  • This is correct - you can't build designtime packages (Delphi/C++Builder/RAD Studio IDE is 32bit!) in 64bit.
Only runtime packages can be compiled in 64bit mode.
