Inconsistent colors in docked panels

I found a rare inconsistence in the docked panels colors which I can reproduce from scratch, the docking sample and my own program. The problem appear if we use the VCLStyle for the StyleName property of the DockManager component. As you can see in the below images, when we place the cursor in the right panels tabs, the panel tab color appear "blue", which I think is the expected color. However, in the left panels (also occur in top or bottom panels) the tab color appear "black".
