LMDShellNotify - FileRename event not happening

In my attached demo, I have set the snItemRenamed property to true and created an OnFileRename event.

If I run my app and then change a file's name in Explorer, no event is triggered.

Other events, like file deleted or created work ok.

Is this a bug with the component?

I'm using C++ Builder 2007
