How to detect a dockSite is empty

I would like to be able to detect when a dock site becomes empty (i.e. if all its occupants are floated) so that I can shrink the dock site and then expand it when one of the floating panels is re- docked to it.

You can use OnChange site's event and test Site.PanelCount for zero.
