No Help Files for 10.3 Rio

After purchasing and installing LMD ElPack 2019.9, I went to the Downloads page: XXXX

I then successfully installed the Delphi/C++Builder 10.3 Rio Files.

But when I went to install the Help Files, the 10.3 Rio Files are not there.

Could they be added, please?

Link corrected. Files were available in public areas as well, though.

Appear to be no help for the elshell components though as far as I can see.
