Is there a build in property editor for "TPicturePropertyEditor" properties?

You meant, probably, for properties of type TPicture. Yes, such property editor in included in the package.

I use LMD objectInspector but only see a plus icon for the property TPicture and nothing happens if I click on it.

I sent you the desired email. Also I tried your Demo "pLMDDesignPanel" and added a button to insert a TImage on the form.

Here I got the same problem if I try to select an image for picture property.

I see nothing wrong in your demo. Pucture property of TImage component can be edited using built-in picture property editor.

I am using LMD version 2018.

The problem is in LMD version you use. You have to update to latest version of the packages.
