Another TElXTree bug with UseCustomScrollBar = false
If UseCustomScrollBar = false then the scroll bar doesn't extend up into the header.
This also means that the column width is incorrect, so word wrap goes wrong. See the attached two images for an example.
UseCustomScrollBar = false
UseCustomScrollBar = true
This is with latest SVN build
