In 64 bits, calling the following line with the default language
LMDScriptControl1.Active := True;
raises error "can't create script engine 'vbscript' "
Thanks

Yes, this should be mentioned somewhere in documentation - we do not support ActiveX in x64 platform.

I use ScriptPack Version 2019. Now I want to migrate my software from 32-bit to 64-bit.
I got the same error message
"can't create script engine 'vbscript' " using the 64-bit LMD-bpls
.
If I understand the reply right there is no 64-bit support of LMD Script for "external" scripting languages.
Only the native scripting languages NativeVB and
PasScript are supported under 64-bit. Right ?
Many of my customers are using VBScipts in my 32-bit program. How should I migrate to 64-bit ?
Is there a plan of LMD to add ActiveX support for x64 platform ?
I also found this
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31429095/access-violation-in-iactivescript-addnameditem-delphi-64-bit
but I doesn't get it work. There are still problems (access violations) with
GetItemInfo in LMD Script ?
Thanks

No support really planned for x64 ActiveX scripting. Native languages, of course, should work without any problems.
