Bug with TElXTree and UseCustomScrollbars?

I have a problem with LMD2012 TElXTree, when UseCustomScrollBars is set to false.

The tree cannot be scrolled by dragging the scrollbar 'thumb' up and down. The thumb jumps back to the previous position. Keyboard-based scrolling (eg page up/down) works fine.

Setting UseCustomScrollBars to true fixes this, but then the scrollbars can look ugly.

Yes, fixed. Thankyou. 

BTW, I found the reason that "CustomScrollBars" can look ugly. VertScrollbarStyles.MinThumbSize defaults to 4 pixels, which is almost unusable.
