TElCheckbox and VCLTheming
When I use VCLTheming (e.g. Metropolis UI Blue) isn't drawn correct.
I have to set .Transparent = True to Checkbox.
With XP-Theming (*.msstyles-DLL) it is correct.
This sould be changed thate property must not be changed to get it correctly worked.
