TLMDOpenPictureDialog not working in D2007?

In Delphi 2007, the TLMDOpenPictureDialog Execute method does nothing other than returning false. Doing the same thing in Delphi 10.2 works fine.

Thanks for report. The issue is confirmed.
It has been moved to https://git.lmd.de/customer/lmdvcl/issues/4 ;and will be fixed in the next release.
