Size constraints for floating forms

I can understand that TLMDDockPanel cannot be constrained when docked. On the other hand, this is not necessary in floating state. Can the behavior of TLMDDockPanel.ConstrainedResize be changed so that it calls inherited when Site.IsFloatingSite and otherwise skips it?

Unfortunately this will not work. Floating panels are docked too inside implictly created floating site; and more than one panel can be docked into same floating site. So, the rules here are exactly the same as with panels, docked into main site.
