Property "ShowRootResizers = true" seems not to work.

I've just checked - it works. However, it actually only applicable for designing a root inside TLMDDesignPacnel. It will not show any resizers in a simple floating form. If this does not help, please describe your case in more details.

I don't use TLMDDesignPanel. TLMDModule.Root is set to the TForm I want to design.

Then, you can re-size the form as usually, using form's border.
