How can a place a TForm into a TLMDDockPanel?

Is there some example how to create a new floating TLMDDockPanel with an existing TForm instance inside? The dock panel should adapt to the forms size so that the form content fills exactly the client area of the dock panel.

No. there no such example. And, actually, there no ways to restrict dock-panel size.
