Divided main form into two areas

Dear team,

I am still lookong for the best way how to divide main form into two areas:
- the upper one as area for few docking panels able to float and to be closed
- the bottom one as kind of status bar with two memo controls on. The bottom panel can not float and can not be closed
Please see attached picture, you can see what I mean. Marked docks must be disabled.
I am afraid, I am missing something and hope you can help me. Thanks.

You can use Site.OnUpdateHotSpots event handler to exclude required hotspots from EnabledAreas parameter value.
