Package dcllmdcore240.bpl kann nicht geladen werden.
Switched on my PC this morning and on opening RAD Studio Berlin 10.1 Upd 2,
got the message
"Package C:\Users\Public\Embarcadero\Studio\18.0\Bpl\dcllmdcore240.bpl kann nicht geladen werden.
Die angegebene Prozedur wurde nicht gefunden."
File exists, though !

Everything worked fine until last night.
Is this a Windows acces rights problem ?
