SyntaxEdit 'Replace Text' bug

A user just reported this issue to me with search & replace.

Using 'replace all' from cursor and backward with
confirm. A negative (not this one) causes it to hang on the same item rather than
search back to the previous one in the file.

I was able to reproduce this. If you have prompt on replace, going backwards from the cursor, and choose 'Replace All' and then choose not to replace something during the prompt then it gets stuck and won't continue. It keeps finding the same text over and over.
