tElScrollbar and cursor keys
Hello LMD team,
I have an issue with tELScrollbar.
If the user uses the keyboard, then the keys vk_up and vk_down increment or decrement the scrollbar position by a fixed value of 1. Why doesn't the scrollbar use the "step" property? Your tLMDScrollbar component works like that, by the way.
