TElToolBar buttons borders appear in design time
Hi,
I've noticed a strange behavior -- the border appears around each button in designtime after I change button Enabled property at least once. And there is no way to hide it but to reload the project. Of course, everything is OK in runtime. All buttons are flat and I didn't change any properties but assigned image lists for glyphs in up and disabled states.
And I have no idea what test to provide as it all appears in design time only.
