Strange behavior with Docking Demo
I am seeing two title bars when a tabbed floating window is restored. One title bar disappears once the tabbed window is resized.
To reproduce:
1. Run the docking demo
2. Float the Teal and Green Panels
3. Dock them together as a tabbed notebook
4. Close the application
5. Restart the application
Result: There is an extra "title bar" above the normal one.
Could this be fixed? If not, can you suggest an automated workaround?
