LMDDBGrid: add event for double click; add a property for popup menu

In both LMDGrid and LMDDBGrid I miss the OnDblClick event.

Often a double click opens a form with detail information regarding the selected data. Also I miss the opportunity to link a popup menu to LMDDBGrid. Unfortunately OnMouseDown is the only event related to mouse activity.

can you please add these small features to the next relese?
