TElXTree: Fixing 1 column when the field 0 is in column 3 causes a blackened heading and no data

Hello.

MainTreeColumn = 0

Main tree column is in column 3.

Set FixedColNum to 1.

The left column's column header turns black and when the program is run there is no data in that column.

This appears to be bug based on the idea that the first FixedColNum fields are in index order, but they need not be in index order. I'm not certain that this is the cause.

What do you think about this issue?
