TElTreeInplaceFloatSpinEdit: Inserts instead of overwrites

The CurrencyEdit inplace editor overwrites the decimal numbers (to the right of the decimal place), but the FloatSpinEdit inplace editor inserts digits.

The former is desirable, whilst the latter is not.

The FloatSpinEdit inplace editor should be the same as the CurrencyEdit inplace editor.

Is there a way to make this happen, or will you change this behaviour in the next release?

This will be fixed in next release.

This has not been fixed in the August release.

If one enters after the decimal point: 6, LeftArrow, 6, LeftArrow, 6

one gets 0.67 displayed.
