TElToolbutton: PullDownMenu behaviour

Hello!

if PullDownMenu is TElPopupMenu, is works fine: menu shows on the first button click and hides on the second button click. But if I use TPopupMenu, it doesn't hides on the second click. A bug or a feature?

I do not observe this issue. Please specify product version, Delphi and Windows versions where you reproduce it.
