TLMDPNGImageList: exception in 64bit

Delphi XE2, ElPack 2012.9, Win64 platform. Datamodule, TLMDPNGImageList on it, LMDPNGImageList.Height=24, LMDPNGImageList.Width=24,ColorDepth=c32bit. The component has 29 png images (24x24) loaded. Under Win32 everything is ok, under Win64 get the following message on application startup: http://www.genery.com/files/pub/5.png and then http://www.genery.com/files/pub/6.png . Please let me know in you need a sample project.
