I just got the docking pack and was reading about custom themes, where can I find a template for the bitmaps and xml file?

Found the answer, I didn't install the source that has the res file.

Can I ask for sample XML that describes the colors and fonts of drag handlers and tabs in TLMDDockPanel and TLMDDockSite?

As mentioned above you can extract XMLs from res files which are included in the source installer.
Besides that the upcoming LMD 2014 installers include the new visual editor (providing sample theme/XML files).

Thank you. I couldn't find XMLs in res files. I found them in compiled demo.
