ElXTree Printing: How to include a multi-line header on the first page?

I want to have lines like

Product Name

Document Name
15/4/2013 13:12:04

as the report header; i.e. just on the first page.

I would like to have a few lines between the date line (see above)  and the HeaderSection headings.

Also, how could I print a different heading on subsequent pages?

    Multiline Captions: Not supported.

    Different Captions on each page: Use a custom OnDrawCaption event handler (Page Number can be modified as well -> OnDrawPageNumber),

    Header only on first page: Don't enable hpoPrintOnEveryPage option of HeaderPrintSettings.HeaderPrintOptions property.
