A RegEx component and functions & procedures with Select/Avoid, Match and Replace

Turbo Power's Systools has such a component and I used it in a major product using its full functionality.

It would be very useful to have one that is maintained and bug-free.

Thank you for suggesting. We already have RegEx engine integrated, so we'll check how they behave feature wise in comparision.
