TElPageControl and fixed tab order
If the PageControl
has Multiline set to true and the tab no 2 is in the higher row/line, and the
user selects this tab, this tab must stay in the second/higher line/row. The
default behaviour is to move selected tab into first row/line. Is the
non-default behaviour can be done using TElPageControl and looks like tabs(not
buttons)
