TLMDShellComboBox: Unsupported 16bit resource?

One small test project:
  • Start Delphi 13 (32bit)
  • New VCL-Form with TLMDShellComboBox 
  • Compile, everything is ok
  • Save Project
  • Start Delphi 13 (64bit)
  • Open Project
  • Compile
  • [dcc64 Fehler] E2161 Error: RLINK32: Unsupported 16bit resource in file "....\LMDShell\Unit10.dfm"
What is this?
