LMDSysLocale AutoRetrieve=true -> cant load form anymore

I have an LMDSysLocale object on a form,
at some point set AutoRetrieve=true , but was no longer aware of it.
Future project loads complained "invalid data type for MaximumPortSpeed".
Form designer does not open the form anymore.

Took me 2 full days to track the fact that  somehow
the LMDSysLocale.AutoRetrieve was the reason.
Set to false, works.

The bad thing is, MaximumPortSpeed cannot be found anywhere as an object member.
Anybody with similar problems ?

    I cannot reproduce this issue. For me the component (with AutoRetrieve property set to true) works well. I can open the form in the designer, and,  as well, run the test application without any problems.

    Which version of LMD products you use?
    Which version of Windows you work in?
