LMDPanelShape missing Anchors property

Hello,

there is no Anchors property in LMDPanelShape.

Please add in the next update.

Hi there is also another issues:

TLMDPanelShape.Color is getting default color "clActiveBorder" every time when you load the project,

but if you run the application than the TLMDPanelShape.Color is loading correct color from property "for example clLime".
