Can LMD-Tools 2020 be used with Delphi 11.3? Also does LMD tools 2020 include a spell check component?

LMD 2020 release was tested and supports binary installers till Delphi/C++Builder 10.4 Sydney.

But you have access to the source - you can try to update packages and build the sources yourself against 11.3.

The Readme in \Info contains Installation topic (including section "Source Installation"). It is really simple - open the latest project group file of your product. Compile all packages and install designtime packages.
