Problem with special characters html (é, à, è, ...) when converting SaveToStreamAsHTML.

Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce the issue. As you can see on attached image, your text was succesfully exported to HTML, which you can ovserve in Notepad (in UTF-8 encoding).
