Fixed: LMD ShellPack: Using Delphi CE 11.3 - no program start in 64bit, but it works in 32bit

Hi,

I'm using the newest LMDShell Pack 2022.8 and Delphi CE 11.x. My program runs in 32bit target platform, but switching to 64bit target platform it doesn't run. 

As I used Delphi CE 10.4 there was no problems with my program to run in 64bit with the LMD Shellpack for this version?

I have attached a short Demo project. Please test it with target platform32bit: It runs. Switch to target platform 64bit: It doesn't run.

How can I solve this problem? Any ideas?
