Error "Failed to open TimeZone key" in ElClock.pas
Hi,
can you change this code so you don't display this Messagebox when Time-Zone-Informations can't be read out of registry.
(Could be if someone set your exe to "run in Win98 Compatiblity-Mode"
But the informationlist (SysTimeZones-variable) isn't used in ElPack-Sourcecode
