TLMDHeaderListComboBox does not allow user to click the arrow buttons or slider control

The new version of TLMDHeaderListComboBox in LMD-Tools 2012.7 does not allow the user to click the arrow buttons or slider control when the combo box is in dropped down state. Clicking any of these controls will just close the combo box.

This is used to work in previous versions, are there any settings of workarounds for this?
