Docking widget issue when docking below a short docked panel

If I have a docked panel that is short, height 35 or so, and I try to dock another panel below it, I cannot move the mouse into the lower docking stencil of the widget to dock a floating dock panel.  I have to increase the height of the docked panel in order to be able to move the mouse into that lower stencil so that I can dock the floating panel below it.  You can view a sample video showing the issue here

Note: the docked panel is a dock panel but without the the header being shown.  If I turn on the header it is better only because the header adds height, but still cannot move fully into the bottom widget stencil.

Hi,

This aspect is not fixable, unfortunately, because we depend on Delphi's docking subsystem. Please consider to use some design/layout of your buttons panel.
