I have a couple of problems with using the FormOpenDialog that I wondered if you might consider looking at?

The form is not resizeable, can this be changed so it could behave like a proper / normal open/save dialog?

The option ofHideReadOnly does not hide the Read Only checkbox, it just disables it.

Similarly, setting the option ofShowHelp to false just disables the Help button, it does not hide it.

It would be helpful if the bottom margin could be reduced so that if the Read Only and Help controls are hidden, the empty space at the bottom of the form could be removed (or have it happen automatically if both these controls are hidden).

There nothing to do with that. Dialog's Options flags are translated to WinAPI flags. Specifically, ofHideReadOnly flag is translated to OFN_HIDEREADONLY in the GetOpenFileName WinAPI function call.

I suspected it was going to be something like that but I had hoped there was a way to make the component useable.
