tlmdexplorerbar in LMD2021

class tlmdexplorerbar cannot be found in LMD2021.
I have added the legacy components during upgrade. Is this component still supported?

    Sure. BarPack package not installed? Please check "Install Components" dialog. 
    If not: BarPack designtime package in packages folder? (dcllmdbar*.bpl) - then you can add it at least manually.

    BTW: For this kind of question you should always mention your license and IDE, so that we could at least check the corresponding installer.
