TElTrayIcon - App still shows on taskbar when minimized

C++ Builder 2007

I've put an TElTrayIcon on my main form, set its icon and the HideTaskBarIcon property is set to true. But the application still shows on the taskbar, as well as the icon in the tray. Is there anything extra I need to do to hide the taskbar icon?
