This is evaluated. It is a little bit more complicated than for other toolsets (which were either designed from ground up to suppport VCL Styles or don't rely heavily on own style engine).

Yes, this is true.LMD-Tools and IDE-Tools 2016 received much enhanced VCL Styles support (as NG Controls had from start of). ElPack will follow later.
