New TLMDMenuDesigner Component

Create a new TLMDMenuDesigner that would look and feel like the Delphi menu designer when dropping a TMainMenu onto a design form.

This would make it a lot more user friendly.

    LMD-IDETools contains only simplified versions of some complex Delphi editors. IT will take too much time to implement full analogs of such editors.
    However, its always possible to re-create and register your own editors based on custom property and component editors feature. There a lot exampled in source code to learn about implementing custom editors.
