with delphi XE2 and new theme ( carbon and other) the Hotspot is no visible ?

Fixed. Wait for next minor release.
This poblem happens due to VCL bug. The bug has been reported to QC: 105372.

I can confirm, that it works with XE2 Version 16.0.4429.46931 (update 4)
