unnessesary storage of properties in DFM
The property "Hint" is always saved in the dfm.
As I see in base-classes they use a function "IsCaptionStored" and "IsHintStored" to avoid saving of empty strings in DFM.
Can you add this to ElPack-Controls that this properties are not saved to dfm-File
