Completion popup position

I would like to know if there is a way to always make the Completion (intellisense) popup fly-out to the right of the cursor position.
e.g. (1.jpg)
and ideally (if possible), if the items in the list are longer than the available space (width) for the completion popup, automatically open the popup over the other controls on the frame. As when it is dragged wider.

What we don't want, and what is currently happening, is that if there is not enough space to the right, it flies-out to the left (of the screen).

I hope this makes sense and that you will be able to help.
I'm having an issue attaching the images, so hopefully they will be attached when I submit. They do show in the editor though.

We don't have access to the SVN, can you possibly give us an indication as to when the next minor release will be
